Lock-S Software - How to Change the relay 'Unlock' Time on Locks & Access Controls

Follow this guide to modify the unlocking time for your lock.

Note: you must have the following firmware/software versions on all your devices:

  • Lock-S Software: V12.3n
  • Platinum: V9.9
  • Neo: V6.2
  • HAR200 / HAR302: V10.0

You can check the current firmware version of your device by using the PDA and download the query logs from the device.

You can only do this using a Parameter Card.

Step 1: Create a Parameter Card with the signal time option:


Note: signal time is adjusted in half seconds eg Signal Time: 6 = 3 seconds

Step 2: Swipe Parameter Card on the device

  • 1 Green Beep – Setting Successful
  • 2 Red Beeps – Wrong software or device has not been programmed using the PDA or System Card yet.

 

Step 3: Test with Master card

  • Test with Master card (or any card) to ensure the desired time setting is correct.

 

HELP: The device has not changed the unlocking time.
