Lock-S Software Neo - Factory Reset

These Instructions are only for the Neo Lock when managed from the Lock-S software.

Please revisit the knowledge base if you are looking for instructions on the Standalone/ Cloud-managed Neo Lock

By System Card - Hotel mode only

you cannot use the System Card Factory Reset method if the NEO Lock is in Standalone mode.

1. Locate the original System Card used to initially program the door. Note: you cannot use the PDA.
   
2. Swipe the System Card once -> Red LED with a rising tone
   
3. Swipe the System card again -> Green LED with a single beep
   
4. The lock is now factory reset, all cards will not be invalid.
   

By Reset Switch

1) Power up the lock by Connecting the Front handle with the rear handle using the white cable.

      

2) Press and hold that button on the back of the lock as shown in fig for 3-5 seconds until you hear sound.

 

             

Results

1. The lock is now factory reset, all cards/pin codes will now be invalid.
   
2. all data has been cleared from the device
   
3. in order to get the lock working, you will need to reprogram the lock.
   
4. if you are using bluetooth, you will need to re-activate the lock from the App.
