Lock-S Software - How many mobile keys can you send to a single user


You can only authorize 1 set of mobile key(s) to 1 mobile number. i.e you cannot issue different sets of keys to the same mobile number. 

Send multiple mobile keys for different rooms to a guest?

Yes, you can send a multiple mobile keys for multiple rooms to a single user.  Note, all keys will have the same Check in and Checkout parameters and the room will be displayed as occupied. Ensure to select 'Duplicate' or 'Add' so the mobile key does not override previous key cards or mobile keys for other users.


Send mobile common door access to a guest?

Yes, if the common door is selected during key creation for a user. This key will also appear in their app list.
