Neo Lock (Face) - “The administrator has not added any contents” message on the Neo Face lock

If this message is shown on a new NEO face lock or a lock after it has been factory reset, the message is indicating

that there has not been any authentication parameters set for the Admin user, once enrolling a Pin, Face or RFID tag for

the Admin user the message won’t appear again.


You will need to set a Pin code for the Admin user.
