How to create Security Audit Query Unlocking Record

Audit Card

An audit card will retrieve the last 424 entry records from the lock.
If you have 2 card, you can collect the last 848 in total.
Max 2 cards

The Security Audit Query Card must be encoded (created) before using it on the lock

From the Adel software

  1. Insert a query card into the encoder
  2.  From the ISSUE Page Select Query Card
  3. Select Card 1
  4. Click Ok
  5. *Repeat the steps for card 2

At the locks

  1. Touch No. 1 Security Audit Card on the sensor of the lock;
    • The green indicator turns on and the lock beeps once. Hold the card still until a long beep is heard.
      The green indicator turns off and the Security Audit is completed.
  2. Then touch the 2nd Security Query Card onto the lock, and wait for the long beep.

From the Software

  1. Insert the Query Card into the encoder;
  2. Click “Record” on the operation interface;
  3. Click “Read” in the window
  4. A new window will open with the details
  5. Excel: If EXCEL is installed in your computer, click and the report will be shown in EXCEL format
