Neo ACR and Neo Cloud Lock Auto Generate Pincode Troubleshooting
If Auto Generate Pincode via KAS cloud app is not working, please run through the following :
- Enter in management code ie **888888# (Codes will not work unless this step has been completed)
- Ensure you have reset the "Clock" and then "Sync" (Look for links in the top right corner of the page).
- If Clock and Sync options are not successful, please close and re-open the app before retrying.
- now retry to enter the auto generated pincode.
