Neo ACR and Neo Cloud Lock Auto Generate Pincode Troubleshooting

If Auto Generate Pincode via KAS cloud app is not working, please run through the following :
  1. Enter in management code ie **888888#  (Codes will not work unless this step has been completed)
  2. Ensure you have reset the "Clock" and then "Sync" (Look for links in the top right corner of the page).  
  3. If Clock and Sync options are not successful, please close and re-open the app before retrying.  
  4. now retry to enter the auto generated pincode.
