Lock-S Software - Lock Keeper App Setup

Setup Manager App Account

  • Lock Keeper can be used as a “Manager” or “Admin” app when signed in with the “APP Account” field as displayed on the Lock-S Software.
  • APP Account details can be found in Lock-S Software by ‘System’>’System Parameters’>’APP’
  • Note: The APP Account is not editable as it is assigned to each software license.
  • After a successful setup, log out of the “manager” app account and sign in again as a user (using your mobile number).

    Please note: Below it is mentioned that you must match the Lock-S Lock Number to the Lock Keeper "Lock Name". 
    However for common doors only, you must match the Lock-S common door name to the Lock Keeper "Lock Name".
