ETouch Lock - Keypad is not Waking Up (no lock response even after power cycle)
If you are touching the eTouch lock with your palm and the keypad is not waking up and if you have reset the lock and replaced the batteries multiple times, your device could be in bootloader mode.
To get the lock out of bootloader mode all you have to do is update with the latest firmware. You only have to do this once.
