LMS Software - How to take a back up of LMS Database on a local computer

These are instructions for a local database, if you are using SQL you will need to use other instructions. 

Instructions

1. Close the LMS software
   
2. You will need to find the database file RFV2008.mdb. There are 2 options to find this
   
1. Search the PC for this name
   
2. Find the file path where the RFV2008.mdb
   
1. Usually this is located C:/Program File/ KAS/ RFV2008.mdb
   
3. Once you have found the file, right click on the file and copy it
   
4. Store this file somewhere safe. This is you back up
