Lock-S Software - How to send a Master Mobile Key for Staff/Management Users

If you would like to create a mobile key for property management. Please do the following:

  1. Go to Master Card
  2. Enter Mobile number for user to receive the 'master mobile key'
  3. Click Issue Phone
  4. You must return to this screen to 'remove access' a master mobile key for a user if required.

 

Phone No. field is compulsory

Email field is optional.

 

The Master Mobile Key will not affect the current guest mobile keys.
