ETouch Lock - How to reset the four digit App code?

How to Resolve

In the event that you have forgotten your four digit App code.

  1. Delete the App from your mobile device
  2. Reinstall the App on your mobile device
  3. Log-in with the same  "Username", "Mobile number" and "email"
  4. When you get to enter your four digit App code, enter the new code and when prompted re-enter your new code

Notes:

  1. By deleting and reinstalling your KAS App, none of your Lock's stored setting will be affected
  2. Once signed into the App, you can disable the four digit login step
