Lock-S Software - Error "Fail to open serial Port"
If this image is displayed, this means the encoder (card write cannot be found by your computer)
Please check the following:
- Check the cable connection from the encoder to the computer
- Close and reopen Lock-S software
- Try to issue a card
If this does not rectify the problem, please check the following setting:
- Go to System > System Parameter
- Admin Login may be required if you do not have access to select the item
-
- Check Encoder Type: MR-11U
- Check Encoder Port: USB
- Click OK
- Try to issue a card
