Difference between "New Key", "Add Key" and "Duplicate"

NEW KEY: New key is use to issue the first guest card for the room.
Old "New key" card will stop working immediately as soon as a new "New Key" card swiped on the lock blocking all the previous "New keys".

DUPLICATE KEY: Duplicate key is used to make the duplicate cards of the same room.
Old "Duplicate key" card will stop working immediately as soon as a new "New Key" card swiped on the lock blocking all the previous "New keys" and all the previous "Duplicate key" cards.

ADD KEY: Add key function is similar to duplicate cards and use to program duplicate keys for the same room but unlike "Duplicate" function Add key does not stop working when the new "New Key" card is swiped on the door provided the "checkout date" on the new "Add Key" or old "Add key" card was set before the checkout date of the new "New Key" card.
