Deadline over time enabled the guest already booked:
This message appears when you have RESERVED the room or the Room hasn't been checked out by the returned card
To Fix This:
- Select the room
- Click Checkout
- Select the room again
- Click Change Status
- Select Vacant
Checking out the room will not rectify the problem, the room must be set to vacant after checking out.
