Adel Software - "Communication Error"

If you receive this message when trying to issue or read a card, please follow the below instructions to rectify this 

  1. Select System
  2. Select Encoder  *If you cant select Encoder, please sign out and log in with SYSTEM log in details.
  3. From the Drop down menu select USB
  4. Press OK
  5. Close the software and reopen
