What is the Warranty Period?

All KAS Locks ship with manufacturers warranty.

  • Products sold online or through website: 12 months
  • LMS Hotel Lock System products (Platinum locks and associated hardware): 24 months

If you purchased your product from a KAS Authorised Partner, please contact them to organise a return or repair.

If you purchased your product from KAS please contact us by emailing warranty@kas.com.au or phoning 07 5500 5580.

You will need to provide proof of purchase and clear details of the fault.
